When is registration Open?
Registration Hours are:

Sunday, October 14th from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Monday, October 15th from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday, October 16th from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday, October 17th from 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
Where is registration located?
Starting Saturday, October 13th registration is located at the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas
How many Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available?
A complete CEU breakdown sheet is included in the Program at a Glance that you receive when you register onsite. Additional breakdown sheets will be available at Registration or the SCCE Booth in the Exhibit Hall. Compliance Certification Board (CCB) credits can be broken down as follows:

What do I need to do to receive credit?
To receive continuing education for this conference, complete and submit the Application for Continuing Education Credit. This application is located in the Program at a Glance (received onsite), on your conference CD, at the SCCE Registration Desk and the SCCE Booth in the Exhibit Hall.
Can I send in my CEUs request after the conference?

Where do I check to make sure I have applied for and am listed for the certification exam?
Please visit the SCCE Booth in the Exhibit Hall and check with CCB staff to make sure your listed to take the exam.
Can I take the certification exam if I have not yet applied?
Stop by the SCCE Booth in the Exhibit Hall to verify availability for the CCEP exam. If there are spots available and you meet the qualifications, you may register onsite.
I’m sitting for the CCEP exam what sessions are recommended?

What do I do if I’ve lost my conference name badge?
Conference name badges are required for entrance to all sessions and conference functions. If you’ve lost your name badge, please return to Registration located at the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas with a photo ID to obtain a new badge.
Where can I access the internet?
We will have computer stations set up near Registration located at the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas . These computers will have Internet access as well as printing capabilities. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the meeting space (except exhibit hall).
Where is lost and found?
If you find a lost item in one of the meeting rooms, please bring it to the Registration desk located at the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas . If you’ve lost an item, check with the Registration desk.
Where is the first aid station?
First aid will be available at the registration desk located at the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas will have a small supply of minor first aid items.
Where do you find the presentations and download the conference handouts and where can I print handouts onsite?
Presentations and session handouts are available on the CD you receive when you register onsite and they are available on the conference website by following this link: TBD
What are the exhibit hall hours?
The Exhibit Hall is located in Bristlecone Ballroom 4, 6, & 10, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas
Hours are:
Sunday, October 14th: 4:30 – 6:00 pm
Monday, October 15th: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Tuesday, October 16th: 7:00 am – 11:00 am
Are sessions being recorded? Are they being videotaped or just audio?
Most sessions will be audio recorded only and synchronized to PowerPoint. These recordings are available for purchase through ACTS. Order forms are available in your conference tote bags which you’ll pick up onsite when you register. Additional forms are available at the ACTS table located in the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas near Registration.
What meals and breaks are included?
Sunday, October 14th, SCCE will provide beverage breaks only. Breakfast and Lunch meal functions for this pre-conference day are on your own. Sunday evening’s Opening Reception will provide appetizers and you are given 3 drink tickets to be used throughout the week for beverages during the evening receptions.
Monday, October 15th and Tuesday, October 16th, SCCE will provide continental breakfast, coffee service, breaks, lunch, afternoon refreshments and evening appetizers. Monday, October 15th you are welcome to attend the Annual International Compliance & Ethics Awards Celebration Dinner which is a buffet dinner offered complimentary to all registered attendees. However, to attend this dinner, you must pre-register. Check with Registration at the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas for availability if you have not pre-registered.
Wednesday, October 17th, SCCE will provide coffee service only. Breakfast and Lunch meal functions are on your own for the post-conference day.
What is the dress code for the sessions?
Business casual is appropriate dress for all conference functions. Monday, October 15th you are encouraged to wear your favorite team apparel to the Tailgate Party Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall!
Can I choose a different session than what I registered for?
Yes, you may attend any session you wish – you are not held to the sessions you pre-selected. Please note that Advanced Discussion Group Sessions required pre registration and have limited attendance of 50 attendees per session so these sessions may not be able to accommodate you if you did not pre register for them.
Can I purchase the conference binder onsite?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take onsite orders for the conference binder.
How do I order special food if I have allergies?
Please send an email to lizza.catalano@corporatecompliance.org regarding any food allergies or ask for her at Registration onsite and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Where is the location for shipping materials and what are the hours?
We will have a Fed Ex shipping station set up on Tuesday, October 16th from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm and Wednesday, October 17th from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. The shipping station will be located near Registration in the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas.
How do I complete Evaluations for sessions that I attended?
This year all Evaluations will be completed online. Watch your inbox for a link to complete evaluations.
What is Speed Networking?
SCCE partnered with SpeedNetworking to help you make connections faster and better. SpeedNetworking has an advanced matching technology to enhance your networking experience and ensure that you meet the people you are interested in meeting. Pre registration required. Is there an On-Site Bookstore?
Yes, the onsite bookstore will be stocked with books authored and recommended by your SCCE presenters. The bookstore will be open Sunday through Tuesday and is located in the Bristlecone Ballroom foyer, on level one at ARIA in Las Vegas.
Will there be any Book Signings at the CEI this year?

What is SCCE’s policy on Electronic devices?
As a courtesy to meeting attendees, SCCE requests that all electronic communication devices be turned off during education sessions. If you must use one of these items, please step outside of the meeting so you do not disturb others. |
