Al Gagne has over 30 years of Defense Industry Compliance experience having worked all of them in various positions at Textron Systems Corporation. Since 1998, Al has directed Textron Systems' Ethics and Compliance Program, having responsibility for assessing risks, developing and implementing ethics and compliance education programs for over 3000 employees located at several major U.S. facilities and field offices in the U.S. and abroad. Al is also responsible for compliance enforcement activities and directs the company's risk-based compliance audit program. Prior to joining the Legal & Compliance Staff, Al was the Director of Training and Development, and held management positions in Accounting, Internal Audit, Property, and Systems Management. Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Merrimack College and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. Al is a former adjunct faculty member at Hesser College and the University of Southern New Hampshire. Al has been a presenter at the Defense Industry Initiatives (DII), the American Conference Insititute (ACI) and the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
