Among its activities, Corpedia operates the Practising Law Institute-Corpedia (PLI-Corpedia) joint service offering that provides risk assessment services and compliance and ethics training, including eLearning, to more than 400 global institutions. Corpedia excels in providing highly measurable solutions specifically tailored to each client’s unique needs. Prior to joining Corpedia in 1998, Mr. Brigham was a principal with the leveraged buyout firm partnership, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R). Alex is a graduate of Yale University and previously was also a financial analyst at the investment banking firm, Lazard Freres.
