• PricewaterhouseCoopers representative on the Internal Auditing Standards Board of The Institute of Internal Auditors, the single stand setting board in the US as well as globally for the internal audit profession. Named Vice Chairman of the IASB in 2006. Has been a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Governance and Fraud task forces.
  
• Marketing Chairman, annual International Conference, The Institute of Internal Auditors, 2005. Chicago. First international conference in the history of the IIA to reach capacity attendance and sell out.
  
• President of the Chicago Chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors, one of the largest chapters of the IIA, 1999-2000.
