Chris Collin is Manager, Ethics & Compliance at General Mills, Inc. In that capacity, Chris is a member of the Law Department and manages the operation of General Mills’ Ethics and Compliance Program. In this role, she works with the Chief Compliance Officer, the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel responsible for oversight of the Ethics & Compliance program, the Ethics & Compliance Committee, and all divisions globally to ensure that General Mills maintains its culture of high integrity and compliance with the law. The Ethics and Compliance Program encompasses, among other things, training (live and online), risk assessment and management, communications, policy review and dissemination, a system for reporting or seeking guidance on ethics and compliance violations or concerns and assessment of program effectiveness. Chris is co-chair of the Retail and Consumer Products Industry Group of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association. Chris has been with General Mills for over 2 years.

Before joining General Mills, Chris worked in the Insurance Industry for 13 years, where she managed compliance with privacy, agent licensing, insurance advertising and marketing and new policy development and administration. Chris received her undergraduate degree in English from St. Olaf College in 1992.
