Doug Lankler is Senior Vice President and Pfizer's Chief Compliance Officer. He supervises various proactive functions and personnel responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for ensuring global compliance and driving Pfizer’s “Culture of Performance with Integrity and Accountability.”  Doug reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Doug has been with Pfizer since 1999.  Doug was previously Deputy General Counsel and led various functions within Pfizer's Legal Division.

Prior to joining the Company, Doug was with the United States Department of Justice as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York. While in the U.S. Attorney's Office, he prosecuted white collar fraud, corporate crimes, traditional organized crime and terrorism. Doug was a recipient of the United States Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award.

Before joining the Department of Justice, Doug worked in the Litigation Department of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.

Doug is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Cornell Law School.
