Frank Lopez is employed by Qwest as Associate General Counsel and Director of Ethics and Compliance. Prior to joining Qwest, Frank's professional experience includes employment as a federal prosecutor, a state prosecutor, and private practice as a civil litigator with a Denver law firm. Frank graduated with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law, and completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Miami, where he graduated magna cum laude.
