George B. Breen is a Member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Litigation and Health Care and Life Sciences Practices. He is Co-Chair of the firm's Health Care and Life Sciences Litigation Group and resident in its Washington, D.C. Office. A litigator with over twenty years of experience, Mr. Breen regularly represents organizations and individuals in a variety of complex civil litigation matters; defends clients undergoing investigation for health care fraud by the Department of Justice, the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, and other state and federal governmental authorities; conducts compliance investigations and advises clients on compliance related issues.
