Gracie Renbarger is a Vice President in the Legal Department reporting to Dell's General Counsel, Larry Tu. Gracie and her global team support the company's efforts to create and maintain a culture of ethics and compliance with the law. She also manages Dell's Global Privacy and Records Management teams, and the Ombuds office (U.S.) Gracie has been with Dell since 1997. Prior to her current role, she was the Legal Vice President for Litigation and Employment Law. She also previously managed the company's Governmental Affairs team. Prior to joining Dell, Gracie was a partner in the Austin office of Hughes & Luce, L.L.P., a Dallas-based law firm. She attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with honors. |
