Greg Triguba is founder and Principal of Compliance Integrity Solutions, a professional services and consulting practice dedicated to providing ethics, compliance, governance and risk management solutions to organizations in both domestic and international settings.  With leadership roles in ethics and compliance, Greg has deep knowledge and experience developing and managing ethics, compliance and risk management programs in publicly held, corporate environments.  His expertise includes building and implementing program frameworks and infrastructure from the ground up and managing key program components and initiatives. 

In his current practice, Greg has successfully delivered effective ethics, compliance, and risk program solutions for the benefit of large international corporations to include program design, training curriculums, risk assessment and implementation strategies.  Greg’s recent in-house experience includes leadership roles at Intuit and Eddie Bauer where he was responsible for successfully building ethics and compliance program frameworks and integrating new Codes of Conduct and related infrastructure.  In addition to ethics and compliance, Greg is experienced in enterprise risk management, business development, and program and process management.  With key positions held at Intuit Inc., Eddie Bauer, Qwest Communications, Nationwide Financial, the U.S. Government/Department of Defense, and experience in private practice, Greg has over 20 years of professional experience in business, legal and government settings.   

Greg is an appointed member of the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics Editorial Advisory Board, a subject-matter expert and committee member in the development of an industry-wide ethics & compliance professional certification program (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation), and recently served as Vice-Chair of the Bay Area Ethics & Compliance Association (BECA).  Greg is a licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor Degree and BA in Human Resources Administration.  He is originally from Ohio and the youngest son of artist parents.
