In that role, she regularly assesses risk pertaining to products and services concerning current employment law as well as legislative and regulatory developments. Her expertise includes compliance, benefits, employment law, employee relations, and policy/procedure development. Her past HR experience includes public and private sector, as well as union and non union environments.
