Kimberly Cilke is Assistant General Counsel of The Go Daddy Group, Inc., the world's largest domain name registrar and a leading provider of website hosting, SSL certificates, and other products that enable customers to quickly and cost-effectively establish a presence on the Web. Ms. Cilke is responsible for a wide range of legal compliance matters including consumer privacy, data retention and security, subpoena compliance, contracts, and intellectual property. She joined Go Daddy in 2007, and has previously served as the company's Employment Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources.

Prior to joining Go Daddy, Ms. Cilke worked in private practice for over a decade, counseling clients from small startups to major consumer product retailers on a variety of e-commerce issues. She is a frequent speaker on topics relating to law and technology, particularly the intersection between privacy law and the Internet. Ms. Cilke received her law degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma.
