Kirstie Sims

Walmart

Kirstie Sims is the Southeast Divisional Compliance Director for Walmart Stores, Inc., responsible for driving compliance improvement within 375 Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Logistic facilities.  In this role, Kirstie supervises a team of managers in the execution of compliance initiatives as well as cultivating an environment where associates respect and adhere to company policies.  Kirstie joined Walmart, Inc. in 2000 and spent 8 years in the Asset Protection and Safety organization before joining Walmart’s Corporate Compliance team in 2008.

Kirstie received her B.S. in Kinesiology and M.S. in Health Science from the University of Arkansas and currently has over 10 years experience in the Environmental Health and Safety profession.
