As Practice Leader, Education Solutions, Marsha Ershaghi is responsible for knowledge and advisory leadership around corporate compliance and ethics education solutions. Her expertise is specifically around progressive and blended learning strategies, especially in the framework of experiential and interactive learning methodologies.

Bringing 15 years of experience leading corporate education initiatives, she brings broad and deep experience in progressive learning leadership, blending existing learning assets and resources with emerging techniques and technologies to formulate efficient learning solutions that minimize time in the learning process and maximize transfer to performance. She advises global partners around strategies to enable effective education programs around risk-based learning and solutions to drive ethical corporate cultures towards greater productivity and performance.

Marsha regularly presents at executive leadership meetings, corporate ethics committees, Learning & Development and HR Council meetings. She leads and facilitates discussions on the importance of corporate culture and driving improved business performance through ethical conduct and leadership. Her speaking engagements range on topics including: Best Practices in Designing an Effective Compliance Education Program, Managing the Global Compliance Initiative, Approaching Awareness & Education through Blended Learning.

Marsha will be published in the June 2010 issue of Compliance & Ethics Professional Magazine. She was interviewed on the CEO's Role in Learning for the April 2009 edition of eLearning Magazine. She was published in the November 2008 issue of Chief Learning Officer magazine and regularly presents on experiential learning effectiveness at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Institute.

Marsha is a Doctoral candidate in Educational Technology & Leadership at Pepperdine
University. She holds an M.A. in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
