Michael Ward

Michael Ward is the Director of Compliance and Associate General Counsel at Adobe Systems, Incorporated in San Jose, California. Mr. Ward graduated from George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and served as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. For over 16 years, Mr. Ward was a federal prosecutor with the US Department of Justice specializing in the prosecution of fraud, public corruption, bribery, insider trading, money laundering and other white collar crimes. Before entering public service, he was an attorney at Shearman & Sterling in both New York and San Francisco. Before joining Adobe, he was Director of Global Compliance and Investigations Counsel for McKesson Corporation in San Francisco and he also oversaw the worldwide compliance, ethics, anti-corruption and internal investigations programs at Target Corporation headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
