Patrick J. Gnazzo is senior vice president, business practices and chief compliance officer at CA, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance and ethics program. He also oversees government regulatory compliance and the establishment of a records and information management program.

Prior to joining CA, Pat served as chief compliance officer at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) for ten years. As vice president for business practices at UTC, Pat built and led an ethics program that is among the best in the world. He managed more than 260 business practices officers worldwide who supported the implementation of the company's ethics and compliance programs for all of its 200,000 employees in 180 countries.

Pat held several other significant positions at UTC, including vice president for contracts and deputy general counsel at Pratt & Whitney; vice president and government liaison in Washington, D.C.; president of United Technologies International; vice president and litigation counsel; and vice president for government contracts and compliance.

Pat joined UTC in 1981 after serving as the chief trial attorney and director of the U.S. Department of the Navy's litigation division. He has also served on the board of directors of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association, is former chairman of the Defense Industry Initiative’s working group, and is a frequent lecturer on ethics and compliance. He is currently on the Board of the Ethics Research Center.

Gnazzo earned his law degree from Cleveland State University. He received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University.  Pat has been married for 36 years to his wife Anne and has two married daughters.
