Paula Saddler, CIA, CFE, CISA

Paula Saddler began her career as an ethics and compliance professional by serving as the focal point for financial disclosure in the Office of Human Resources, where she contributed to a successful launch of the first financial disclosure policy in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).  She then moved on to support the first Director of the Ethics Office in UNDP, where she continued working in ethics training and financial disclosure.  After retiring from UNDP, she is now a consultant in compliance and ethics.

Prior to working as a compliance professional, Paula was an internal auditor and investigator for organizations in the United Nations and departments in the United States Federal Government.  She has an extensive background in investigating cases of employee misconduct, including fraud and harassment.

Paula is a certified compliance and ethics professional, a certified fraud examiner, certified internal auditor, and certified information systems auditor.  She holds a masters degree in business administration and a diploma in information systems auditing, both from New York University.
