Randy Stephens joined The Home Depot in April of 1999. He was formerly the Senior Director – Corporate Compliance where he had responsibility for overseeing Home Depot’s Compliance Policies, non-HR SOPs and Records Management. Prior to heading up the Compliance Team in February 2006, Randy spent almost 7 years in the Real Estate Legal Department where he was responsible for various aspects of real store development, lease administration and portfolio management. Prior to joining Home Depot, he was Assistant General Counsel at Prudential Financial from October 1984 - April 1999. A native of Nashville, TN, Randy graduated from Memphis University with a degree in Political Science, and received his law degree from Vanderbilt University. |
