Scott Killingsworth is a partner of Bryan Cave LLP. A member of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, his recent compliance-related lectures include Georgetown Law School's Corporate Counsel Institute ("Evaluating Compliance Program Effectiveness," "Harnessing the Sentencing Guidelines to Build an Effective Program," and "The Science and Art of Compliance – the Role of Organizational Culture in Influencing Behavior"); a Journal of Legal Ethics symposium ("Corporate In-House Counsel in the Age of Internal Compliance"); an Executive Forum workshop ("Establishing and Benchmarking a Compliance Program"), and other CLE-accredited programs on Compliance Program Design, Structure, and Assessment in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law, is a Law and Politics "Superlawyer," and was one of only 17 U.S. lawyers designated as "Client Service All-Stars" by the BTI Consulting Group in both 2007 and 2008. He has served on the editorial or advisory boards of four legal journals and his scholarly work has been cited in law reviews from Harvard, Stanford, Vanderbilt, Berkeley, Georgia, and Washington University, and incorporated into several textbooks. He received B.A. in Culture and Behavior at Yale University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Divisional Honors with Exceptional Distinction and later served on the alumni Board of Governors. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School, and has served as Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee of the Yale Law School Association.
